Senior Pastor - Kevan Crane
Since their marriage in 1983 Kevan & Carole have been involved in Church leadership
and different Social Action Projects. They have two children: Emily (22) & Joseph
(20). Emily lives and works in New York with the Gathering Church and Joseph who
is living & working in Bury St Edmunds. Joseph worships at the New Frontiers
Church in Bury. Carole is a teacher and is currently deputy-head at Dersingham Infant
School. As Kevan becomes the senior pastor at KLBC his hope is to see the church
develop into a Purpose Driven Church that places top value on: Worship, Community,
Family, Spiritual Growth and Serving. He believes that KLBC has a key role to play
in the community development of South Lynn, an area that is undergoing much regeneration.
Kevan would like to see the church become a ‘Community Hub’ serving the needs of
the people within the locality. |

Assistant Leader - Kieran Woodward
Kieran graduated from Moorlands Theological College in Sopley Dorset in 2006 with
a degree in applied theology and is the Assistant Leader of King’s Lynn Baptist
Church. Recently Married to Rowena, Kieran brings a wealth of ideas and excitement
to the church, and a willingness to help the church move forward into the purposes
of God. Kieran is looking forward to starting to work with the 18-30’s age range
in the church, and to encourage this often forgotten group of people to be more
involved in church. Kieran is also responsible for the church website! (Which means
this is all my fault!)

Leader - Andrew Sheard
Andrew Sheard first attended King’s Lynn Baptist Church in 1989 where he also met
his wife Rachel shortly after moving to King’s Lynn to work for Campbell’s. They
married in 1991 and jointly led the Youth Group for several years. They now have
two sons Timothy (born 1996) and Joshua (born 1998) and daughter Elizabeth (born
2005). They were involved in the start of the Alpha Course at KLBC and Andrew joined
the Leadership Team in 1997. Rachel is an Accountant who also serves as the assistant
treasurer to the church. Following Josh’s illness with cancer they support local
families of cancer children through their work with a local charity. As part of
the leadership team Andrew provides support to Kevan & Kieran as we plan for
the long term future and seek God’s plan for the Church in the South Lynn area.
They are passionate about seeing our church having a real impact in our community
and fulfilling its purpose to be a place to Begin, Belong and Become. A place where
everyone is welcome and can find their purpose. |
