The Network course is a four part course, desgined to help Christians discover,
and use their gifts in church life. It is made up of four teaching sessions,
and an ongoing coaching/mentoring arrangement. The goal of the course is not
just discovery, but to make sure the new knowledge gained is used in a practical
way.

Teaching
The teaching part of the course comprises of four hour and half to two hour sessions which all
comprise of up-front teaching, group work and weekly assignments. The topics
covered by these four weeks are as follows:
- The Purpose of Gifts
- The Discovery of Gifts
- The Power of Love & the Influence of Personality
- The Influence of Passion
- The Promise of Ministry
Mentoring
Each person doing the course, will also be assigned a coach, who will meet with
the person, in a convient way for them to help encourage them, and put opportunities
in their way for the use of their gifts.
